At Absolute Wellness Foundation, we know how important it is to get quick and helpful evaluations for mental health. As a parent of two kids with Autism, I understand how hard it can be to find the right support and services. I know what it feels like, and I want to help. Whether you’re dealing with a new diagnosis, figuring out your feelings as a parent, or starting services for your child, we’re here to guide you.

We started Absolute Wellness because there is a huge need for more mental health providers while also providing more convenient and accessible care. While asking, “Are you okay?” is a good first step, we go further by asking, “How can we help?” Our main services include health plans, medication management, and evaluations, all aimed at bringing hope when things feel overwhelming. As a nurse practitioner and a mom, I’ve spent much of my life helping others. My personal experiences with Autism in my family inspire me to work even harder to make a difference and support people through life’s challenges.
